VEMA is currently looking for a DDD group home Youth Program Manager with experience working with Development Disabilities, Behavior Health., and/or Assisted Living. Manager must be compassionate, skilled in communication and documentation and able to keep a solid daily routine while incorporating activities in the home and in the community. Seasoned in working with acute behaviors, management of behaviors. Able to use positive redirection and deescalate behaviors. Proficient in documentation completion and follow behavior treatment plan.

- Certified DCW background preferred.
- Experience with DDD youth/DCS Children preferred.
- G-Tube experience preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Has at least two years of direct behavioral health related experience within the organization or;
- Has at least four years of behavioral health related experience in an assisting living, behavioral health group and/or residential home, DDD group or nursing home.
- Related Management experience.
- Knowledge of state and local regulatory requirements.
- Comprehensive understanding of the treatment of psychiatric illness/drugs.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with behavioral management.
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Department of Public Safety background check/fingerprint clearance process.
- Mustnothave any restrictions for physical work for which reasonable accommodation cannot be made.
- Required to be flexible and on-call 24/7.
- Must be eligible driver.
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Able to complete required trainings
- Able to participates in employee training
- Able to respond to emergencies
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to stay awake and alert throughout scheduled shift
- CPR certificate
- First Aid Training
- Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (REQUIRED)

- Clean AZ 39 Month Driving Record (REQUIRED)
