Note: Client is looking for Technical profile not BA
Job Description:
- Bring in-depth knowledge of CMS Star Ratings measures, guidelines, and improvement strategies.
- Create and implement robust, detailed process flows for each aspect of the CMS Star Ratings program, including: HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set), CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems), Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA) Measures
- Administrative and operational processes critical for Star Ratings improvement.
- Utilize industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) to design intuitive, scalable workflows.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of implemented workflows.
