Responsibilities
- Perform drywall installation and finishing tasks to prepare surfaces for painting or other finishes.
- Execute concrete forming according to project specifications, ensuring structural integrity.
- Assist in the installation of cabinets, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting.
- Apply caulking and plaster as needed to seal gaps and improve aesthetics.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics and blueprints for various projects.
- Participate in glass installation processes, ensuring safety and precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Support construction management by reporting progress and any issues encountered on-site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or skilled labor roles is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid licensing and certifications if applicable.
- Strong understanding of the framing processes is desirable.
- Previous experience working on a construction site is essential.
