What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Employment Program Specialist position at Venango Training and Development Center?
Full time position responsible for providing vocational evaluations, job training, and supported employment services for disadvantaged/disabled individuals so that they might obtain competitive employment. The position requires on-site training as well as providing on-going support for individuals at work sites that may require different physical abilities as related to the job duty.
Requires High School Diploma and 1 years’ experience working directly with disabled individuals or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Ability to obtain Act 33 and 34 clearances, FBI fingerprinting, and a valid/clean driver’s license. After 6 month's employment, a $500.00 sign on bonus is given.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.82 - $15.41 per hour
Expected hours: 38.75 per week
