We are looking for an Entry Level Management Trainee to be trained in all aspects of overseeing a team, sales, client relations, reports, and client management. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the product and the consumer with our professionally trained Management Trainee team.
Entry Level Management Trainee Duties and Responsibilities :
- Exceed sales goals by meeting with customers and providing them with the best service packages to meet their needs
- Drive customer preference for our client’s products and loyalty to their brands
- Ensure timely and accurate, two-way communication between the clients and the customer
- Effective and efficient territory management, leading to customer segmentation and customer partnership for the achievement of sales goals
