Field Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the operation of various heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Field Operator will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to industry standards.

Duties

• Driving company vehicles
• · Conducting inspections of producing wells, batteries, and injection systems.
• · Identifying and addressing any issues or deficiencies in wells or facilities.
• · Monitoring flowlines for potential leaks and maintaining equipment.
• · Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and equipment greasing.
• · Ensuring accurate measurement of oil and water tanks.
• · Recording production and technical data accurately.
• · Conducting startup and shutdown procedures for various equipment.
• · Monitoring and overseeing chemical programs at wells.
• Reporting production and well-related data to relevant systems.

Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in oil and gas operations, at least 3 years.
• Effective communication skills to report safety, environmental, and operational concerns.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Aptitude for identifying areas for process improvement.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
