The successful candidate will have experience as a mid-level subject matter expert in data analysis in a Military, Federal Government, and / or Intelligence Community organization with a demonstratable history of data analysis, data process mapping, policy development to operationalize data, and identification and addressing gaps / limitations in policy that prevent / deter the operationalization of data.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for performing data analysis of structured and unstructured data using various techniques, e.g., statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining.
- Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current operations or issues.
- Works closely with the internal or external clients to identify analytical requirements.
- May handle special analytical projects as needed.
- May assist in implementing or developing systems to capture operational information.
- Supports all US / Coalition exercise and operational Data Modernization requirements.
- Candidate must be able to interact professionally and successfully with Government operational representatives.
- Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate highly technical information to a broad, operational audience.
