We're seeking an experienced sales leader to drive revenue growth and expansion, shaping the sales strategy and leading a high-performing sales team. As our Founding Head of Sales, you'll play a key role in defining the company's sales direction and overseeing its implementation.

- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth, leveraging expertise in B2B SaaS sales leadership.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, establishing and scaling it from scratch, with a focus on strategy and execution.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership to refine offerings and market positioning, ensuring exceptional communication and leadership skills inspire and build a high-performing sales culture.
- Drive revenue growth and expansion, owning sales targets and KPIs, and leading the team to exceed them.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment, with a track record of success in scaling sales teams and driving significant revenue growth.
