About the Role :
As part of the technical team, you’ll be entrusted with solving intricate technical problems and crafting meaningful solutions aligned with the main mission. You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse team to develop scalable systems, establish reliable infrastructure, and create tools that empower clinicians.
What You’ll Do :
- Design, build, and maintain highly scalable infrastructure and backend services.
- Partner with Product Managers and clinicians to deliver user-first solutions.
- Develop and oversee infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput systems for extensive user bases.
- Utilize expertise in multi-cloud setups, including Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, Docker, and CI / CD pipelines.
- Adhere to best practices for secure, modular, and maintainable software design.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth.
