Salary range : $160-200K

They're looking for a Director of Engineering to come in and lead the Community Infrastructure team on public and private land development projects. Previous Director level and land development experience is not necessary - if you have a knack for marketing and want to learn something new in Civil Engineering then we encourage you to apply

Key responsibilities :

Play a crucial role in leading and supervising a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians

Implementing public infrastructure projects and / or private land development projects

Identifying project pursuits

Actively winning new work

Managing projects

Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

The successful candidate must have / show :

Worked in a range of Transportation / Civil Engineering roles throughout their career

Demonstrable project management experience

Proven experience or the ambition to move into bigger picture positions and thrive
