Director of Distribution Engineering
Location – Houston, TX (On site)
Salary up to 185k DOE, plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- This position will oversee the operational control of our Distribution Design team where you’ll improve processes and train and mentor your team
- You will have 4-6 managers reporting into you and a department of up to 40 individuals, indirectly
- You’ll also be involved in high level technical oversight including QA / QC and be a key player for BD, resource planning and manging profit and loss
- The position requires tracking of deliverables, developing a management strategy, performance reporting and monitoring of contract milestones
- Responsible for the profitability of the Distribution department
