P&C Substation Manager I
Location – Remote
Salaries range from up to $150k with 5 weeks of PTO, annual bonus and full medical benefits.
Our Client:
- Our client is a mid-sized consultancy with around 700 members of staff. They work across a few different disciplines but their utilities department is the biggest in the business. They have a great culture and a lot of growth opportunities as the business continues to go from strength to strength in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience supervising Jr engineers is preferred.
- 3 direct reports from day one.
- Leading the team on P&C projects.
- Mentoring and training those in your team.
- Overseeing P&C design, providing QA/QC and signing off drawings.
- Opportunities to develop up the management chain.
The successful candidate must have/show:
- 10 years of substation design experience.
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline
- PE certification is required.
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
