Location – Raleigh, North Carolina

Salaries range from $150k-$250k plus 401k, Health Insurance, Vacation, PTO, Bonus Schemes and ESOP plans.

Key Responsibilities :

Grow the department and be responsible for the success, profitability, and goals of your team

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Be involved in recruitment, including hiring, onboarding, and retaining high-performing individuals

Provide leadership through training and mentoring your team as well as setting and ensuring personal development goals are met

Manage departmental resources including budgets and schedules

Be a point of contact for complex engineering design and participate in QA / QC to support your team

The successful candidate must have / show :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline

7 years of experience in SCADA / Automation systems with proven leadership ability

A PE license or ability to gain is strongly preferred

Proficient in relevant software

Demonstrated experience in business development and client management
