Position Overview :

As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of roadway and highway construction projects, ensuring they meet technical, financial, and schedule requirements. You will lead project teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and serve as the primary point of contact for DOT representatives. This role requires extensive experience in heavy civil construction and a proven ability to manage large-scale projects. Relocation support is available for candidates willing to bring their expertise to our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Lead all phases of roadway and highway construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• DOT Compliance : Ensure all projects adhere to DOT standards, specifications, and regulations.
• Budget Oversight : Prepare and manage budgets, cost controls, and change orders to maintain financial health.
• Team Leadership : Supervise project teams, including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the main liaison between the company, DOT representatives, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues as needed.
• Scheduling : Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and delays are minimized.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
