Responsibilities
1. **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional service to customers by greeting them, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. **Counting Money**:
- Accurately count and reconcile cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift.
3. **Handling Complaints**:
- Address and resolve customer or vendor complaints promptly and effectively.
- Escalate issues to higher management if necessary, ensuring customer or vendor satisfaction.
4. **Answering Questions**:
- Provide customers with accurate information.
- Assist team members with any questions or concerns they may have during their shift.
5. **Cashiering**:
- Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and quickly.
- Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with store policies and procedures.
6. **Team Coordination**:
- Supervise and support team members to ensure smooth operations during the shift.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring all duties are completed in a timely manner to adhere to schedule.
7. **Store Maintenance**:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Address any maintenance or safety issues promptly by reporting them to direct report.
-Address any bathroom issues that might arise during your shift, whether it be refilling toilet paper or cleaning.
9. **Training and Development**:
- Provide guidance and training to new employees.
- Encourage ongoing development and improvement of team members' skills.
