Job Summary:
VendTech International is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Department Fulfillment Clerk to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely fulfillment of parts for external customers and internal technicians. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains accurate inventory records, and contributes to the smooth operation of our parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill parts orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming parts and materials.
- Maintain inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
- Assist internal technicians and external customers in obtaining the correct parts.
- Conduct quality checks on parts before shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Process returns and restock inventory as needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Program and update electrical parts as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a small team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a parts department is a plus.
