Job Description:

As a Regional Business Development Manager  at Naturals2Go, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our business across your local market. Your leadership, expertise, and strategic vision will be instrumental in achieving our objectives and supporting operators in growing their business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers in new and existing regional territories to expand the business reach.
  • Determine the best equipment suited for the customer based on their demographics and specific requirements.
  • Work with new customers to customize a world-class breakroom experience that enhances their workplace environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build professional relationships.
  • Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond for business purposes.

Salary : $50,000 - $110,000
