We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pallet Builder. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing pallets using various tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use pneumatic nail gun and Holtec saw to assemble and repair pallets
• Ensure that all materials are properly stored and accessible
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
• Identify and report any quality control issues to management
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid current driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
