">- Assemble pallets from raw materials
- Repair damaged pallets using pneumatic nail guns
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure timely completion of production tasks
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
Requirements and Qualifications
">- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in pallet assembly and repair
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Physical Demands and Work Environment
">The work environment is moderate noise level, with occasional exposure to vibration and extreme temperatures. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk on concrete for extended periods.
