Full Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified individual to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be customer service minded. They must also be able to multi-task to support our growing office. We are a high tech, paperless office so the ideal applicant must be proficient and comfortable with today’s modern technology.
To be a successful front office associate, you should be able to act as the liaison between the clinical staff and the patient when it comes to discussing financial estimates, and scheduling for treatment. Ultimately, we are looking for a positive, energetic, friendly team-player to provide our patients with the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:

- Understanding of dental terminology
- Works closely with Office Manager, Doctors and staff to communicate patients’ needs
- Develop a relationship with patients to establish comfort and confidence with our services
