We are looking for an experienced Medical Spa Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience from the moment they call us or walk through our doors.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for skin care and beauty, and will be knowledgeable in the latest trends and techniques. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a receptionist in a Medical Spa and/or Cosmetic surgery setting. As well as,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in handling multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
- Knowledge or interest in medical spa treatments and aesthetics is required.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with appointment scheduling software.
- High level of professionalism and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Desire to advance professionally.
They must be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about our services, treatments, and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth flow of appointments and client care.
- Process payments and maintain client records with utmost confidentiality.
- Assist in inventory management and product sales.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
