Job Summary:
The Administrative Aid provides essential support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, including administrative, clerical, and organizational duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data into spreadsheets, databases, and other tools.
- Restock Inventory: Order and maintain VenHub stores, restock inventory as needed, coordinate maintenance, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, or company events.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office activities, communications, and expenditures.
- Support Staff: Provide assistance to team members and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to stock and replenish inventory for VenHub store.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Working Conditions:
- Typical office environment with standard working hours.
- May require occasional lifting of VenHub inventory (up to 25 lbs).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
