What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Development & Communications position at Venice Community Housing Corporation?
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Currently reporting to office : one or two times per week.
Compensation : Depending on experience; benefits include health and dental insurance, vision, vacation, etc., after probationary period.

Responsibilities
- Drive views to Company's Official YouTube channel for monetization and promotion.
- Expert on all social channels and their tools managing relationships with each of the platform.
- Create engaging video clips from library content for SNS platforms.
- Create other engaging social media content.
- Collaborate with Japan to provide up-to-date information on current news and products.
- Develop marketing strategy and schedule new and catalog Anime release titles.
- Develop a social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase brand visibility for Anime industry in N. America via SNS channels.
- Monitor social trends, stay abreast of new social platforms and best practices, and provide competitive social analysis.
- Work with content, brand, planning, engagement, and Licensing team to maintain promotions calendar.
- Plan and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- Create, track, and deliver press releases to industry media.
- Communicate with team and create sales and marketing material.
- Special projects as requested.
