Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities, including electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Assist in the supervision of maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and safely.
- Utilize TELS System for tracking work orders and inventory management.
- Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects, providing support in welding, residential painting, and other tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any facility-related concerns from staff or visitors promptly.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding logic controllers is preferred.
- Experience in welding or residential painting is a plus.
- Prior experience with TELS or similar software is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Leadership qualities with experience supervising others is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
