We are currently interviewing for a Used Car Manager at our Venice Superstore Dealership owned by Arcadia Chevrolet. Our Automotive Group is one of Florida's largest automotive retailers in the area. The Used Car Manager is responsible for maintaining a well balanced inventory, selling each unit at maximum gross with minimum expense as well as appraising, reconditioning, acquiring, displaying and merchandising inventory. The ability to set realistic objectives, through planning, organization, controlling and measuring the performance of the sales team, market area and our competition are the strengths we are looking for. A motivated, team oriented, flexible individual, with a focus on maintaining a high level of customer service is a key candidate.

Qualifications: 2 -- 5 years successful experience as a Used Car Manager or Automotive Sales Manager V-Auto experience is a MUST !! Also Provision trained to buy!! Must do follow up calls and emails to ALL customers (web contacts)!!

Out-going personality with experience at developing relationships Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong negotiation and presentation skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
