Advancement from within Responsibilities – Service Advisor : Greet customers, understand their repair needs, and provide accurate cost estimates. Communicate repair details with technicians and update customers on repair status. Manage appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs. Follow up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction Maintain high CSI Maintain a clean and orderly workspace Perform other tasks as requested Requirements – Service Advisor : Service Advisor experience is preferred Good customer service, communication and organizational skills Team participant with a good work ethic Must have an understanding of body shop operations and repair processes A positive attitude and professional appearance Driver's license and insurance High school diploma or equivalent Please upload your resume.
