Responsibilities – BDC / Internet Sales Manager :
Attend product and sales meetingsBe enthusiastic and create excitement about our productsManage the online component of vehicle salesNegotiating deals over the phoneProduce consistent, profitable sales revenue growth in the Business Development CenterTrain, motivate and manage staffWork with third party vendors to generate online leadsUpdate online vehicle listings and promotionsPromptly respond to and follow up on internet inquiries from potential customers seeking information about product availability, pricing, and payment information.Schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership we can sell them a vehicleFollow up with no-show customersFollow up with customers regarding their experience at our dealership and to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionPrioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentQualifications / Requirements – BDC / Internet Sales Manager :
