We are seeking a Business Analyst with proven experience working on Salesforce CRM projects to support our commercial and operations teams. This hybrid role is based in Northern New Jersey with one in-person day per week at the . The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, the ability to bridge business and technical teams, and hands-on experience with Salesforce platform functionality, workflows, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams for Salesforce CRM implementations and enhancements
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows related to CRM use cases
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce configurations and integrations
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management
- Analyze data and generate reports using Salesforce dashboards and analytics tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, IT, and Sales Operations teams
- Ensure system usability, data integrity, and alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise environments
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce CRM project experience (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud)
- Proven experience gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and supporting end users in Salesforce
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office tools, and process mapping (Visio or Lucidchart)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare domains
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder)
- Familiarity with Veeva CRM or Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems (SAP, ERP, etc.)
