Your Role and Impact
We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative People Operations Generalist to support our global team. This role will report to the VP of Finance and will be instrumental in executing day-to-day operations while contributing to initiatives that strengthen our culture and employee experience.

What You Will Do
HR Administration & Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including maintaining accurate records in our HRIS (Rippling)
- Generate and present HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decisions
- Oversee employee relations cases and investigations
- Administer benefits processes including enrollments, changes, terminations, and support annual open enrollment with our benefits broker
- Coordinate interview scheduling and provide an excellent candidate experience
- Manage relationships with recruiting agencies, including candidate submissions and interview coordination
- Support new hire onboarding coordination and preparation
- Coordinate company events, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives
- Administrate pulse surveys; compile and present results
- Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience
- 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with a variety of people, including candidates, team members, and leadership
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of new systems, processes, and skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
