Your Role and Impact
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and scrappy Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and drive Venn’s GTM product positioning and messaging, while being a visible cross-functional presence across the organization. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in understanding market dynamics and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth.
This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week in our New York office required.

Estimated base compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 USD/year
Estimated bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 USD/year
Total compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 USD/year

What You Will Do
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and opportunities to differentiate our products.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop, test, and refine product positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences and drive engagement across customer segments.
- Content Development: Create and oversee development of compelling content (e.g., white papers, case studies, web copy, presentations) that supports product messaging and accelerates the customer journey.
- Product Collaboration: Partner closely with product management to support product development and launch activities, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer feedback.
- Demand Generation Support: Work with solution engineering and marketing teams to craft impactful demand generation campaigns, including webinars, email campaigns, and other lead-generation activities.
- Sales Enablement: Design and deliver sales enablement resources (e.g., training materials, pitch decks, battle cards) that empower the sales team to effectively position and sell our products.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in SaaS product marketing, preferably in security, compliance and risk solutions.
- Proven experience in conducting market research and analysis, crafting product positioning, and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and craft compelling narratives.
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills, with experience working with product management, sales, and engineering teams.
- Data-driven success mindset
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing platforms is a plus.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with product immersion/demo solutions such as Storylane or Tourial preferred and Sales enablement tools such as Highspot preferred.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Asana, Clickup preferred.
