- 5 years minimum of experience in implementing Workday platform.
- Workday HCM Pro certified admin is a Huge plus.
- Workday Studio Integrations certification is a plus.
- Project management skills, with a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data migration and system testing (UAT, regression testing, etc.).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system integrations work effectively.
- Collaborating with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand organizational needs and define system requirements for Workday.
- Configuring Workday according to the organization's specific needs, including setting up modules, permissions, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, training materials, and user guides for reference and compliance.
- Setting up and customizing reports and dashboards to help HR and management track key metrics and make informed decisions.
