The ideal candidate will have experience managing local and federal grants, as well as maintaining relationships with banking institutions for financing purposes. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for effective communication with diverse shareholders.

Essencial Duties and Responsabilities
- Financial Management :
Oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
Manage and oversee local and federal grants, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions and financial partners.
Lead the development of financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Work closely with the executive team to provide financial insight for decision-making and business growth.
Effectively communicate in both Spanish and English with internal and external shareholders.
