Position Summary
As Senior Manager of Marketing technology, you will provide the operational support the Marketing team needs to run, track and optimize programs. You will also oversee and administer Vensure's marketing technology stack, help drive our database strategy, and work with a cross-organizational team to ensure top-of-funnel health.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWith 1-2 specialists and outside agency / contractor support, provide the marketing team with operational support across the MarTech stack to launch, track and optimize programsManage conversion tracking across platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn, Email, etc. and ensure leads are properly tagged for attributionWork closely with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other key departments to monitor business strategies, revenue growth, and KPIsSupport the identification, evaluation and procurement of marketing technologyWork with IT, line of business stakeholders, and relevant partners to deploy technology and related processes and train or secure training as neededUse data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metricsCollaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to identify and implement process improvementsStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations / MarTechProvide marketing with training, enablement and ongoing technical supportPartner with the cross-functional team to ensure VES leads are routing and converting per established processes, delivering a highly efficient lead management engineKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
8 years of experience in marketing operations or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performanceFamiliarity with sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systemsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a teamKnowledge of the sales process and the company's target audience and goalsAbility to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growthStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projectsFlexibility and adaptability to changeA desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skillsAbility to flourish and show agility in a fast-paced environmentSolid teamwork skills further supported by a professional demeanorStrong time-management and organizational skillsStrong project management abilityBasic computer skills, internet skills, business research tools acumen, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, working knowledge of CRM platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to support and manage simultaneous requestsClear commitment to producing polished workConsistently demonstrating attention to detailIdentify and resolve any issues in a timely and professional mannerEducation & Experience
Experience : 5-8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fieldsBachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field of studyStrong B2B marketing backgroundDemonstratable experience in marketing automation, CRM administration, budget managementProven experience in conversion optimization across marketing channelsStrong knowledge base for SFDC CRM as administrator or analystWorking knowledge of Google Analytics and other related google suite tools.Strong understanding of marketing automation software, such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubspotMarketo or other marketing automation certification preferred
