Position Summary
The Unemployment Claims Associate is responsible for performing unemployment benefit claims support work using a set of developed procedures and programs to ensure compliance, client satisfaction, and productivity
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Intake services; processing incoming mail, organizing files on server, building client files,
- verifying wage data, and initial client outreach.
- Case triage: prioritizing cases based on complexity and urgency. Assigning the appropriate specialist group, to ensure claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Assist Specialists with gathering of documents to support timely claims response.
- Maintaining documents, ensuring all documents are stored securely and easily accessible for future reference.
- Maintain various tracking systems to provide increased organization and insight.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A strong drive to deliver exceptional client support to both external and internal customers.
- Strong organizational skills, diligence, and follow-through.
- Knowledge of the use and functionality of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work, follow policies and procedures and complete tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Ability to analyze and interpret written information.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively in writing and orally.
- Treat sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- High School Diploma, some college preferred.
- 0-2 years of work experience required.
Salary : $135
