Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Video Production:
- Capture compelling video content in various environments, including studio settings, on-location shoots, and live events.
- Operate and manage video cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment to ensure optimal production quality.
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos, incorporating color grading, sound
design, motion graphics, and visual effects. - Craft narratives through precise cuts, pacing, and the integration of music and audio elements, using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and develop video
concepts that align with project goals and brand identity.
Contribute to shot lists and visual strategies to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all video production equipment, ensuring readiness and reliability for every shoot.
- Keep up to date with the latest video production technologies, techniques, and trends, integrating new approaches into your workflow.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Organize and archive footage and project files systematically for easy access and future use.
- Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to ensure the creative
vision is realized. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provideupdates, and deliver on expectations.
- Requires periodic travel by car and plane. Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet business objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, Communications, or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs) preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing a range of work from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
