Position Summary
The Client Relations Associate HR Business Partner is responsible for providing administrative support to the overall Client Relations Client HR team ensuring timely completion of service deliverables for clients. This role works to monitor the Client HR email box and incoming departmental calls to assist clients accordingly with questions, concerns and needed assistance. The Client Relations Associate HR Business Partner will maintain a small book of, less complex, clients to strengthen their knowledge and skill set for continued growth in Vensure's identified Client HR career path
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with managing the completion of key Client HR deliverables to include handbooks, policies, paid-time off plans, job descriptions, and performance evaluation systems; utilizing knowledge from various human resources disciplines to help identify their application and impact on the client's business.
- Able to provide back-up assistance for the Client Relations HRBP position and various HR related administrative duties.
- Work with small, less complex, clients as service contact. • Assist with client worksite employee on-boarding.
- Assist with reviewing and entering status change forms into CRM and HRIS.
- Able to assist with the uploading documents and personnel file maintenance.
- Conduct exit interviews as requested by clients.
- Attend webinars, seminars and other trainings to stay-up-to-date on laws and best practices.
- Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, colleagues ensuring effective communication and services that impact clients.
- Assist with various HR projects and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent internal and external customer services skills.Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are preferred.

- Read, understand, and review documents for accuracy and relevant information.

- Basic understanding of FLSA, EEOC, ADA, DOL and legal matters as they relate to HR.
Education & Experiencie
- Associates degree in human resource, business or a related field or relevant HR experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.
- One (1) year HR experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
- Experience with various HRIS and payroll platfo rms preferred.
- PRISM and PEO experience preferred.
Salary : $135
