Position Summary
We seek an experienced and talented Digital Artist to collaborate with our marketing department. Our ideal candidate is proficient in the core Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator. This person would have a broad skill set and know-how to combine illustrations, photography, and text to communicate our message to our target audience. They must be able to brainstorm ideas with our marketing team, develop artistic ideas for each project, and meet project deadlines. Candidates must submit a portfolio of past work for consideration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create digital assets that support marketing campaigns and other core publicity initiatives. Assets will be used for our website (desktop / mobile), app, email, display advertising, and social media.
- Design marketing materials (print ads, one-sheets, web banners, press kits, t-shirts, flyers, billboards, premiums, etc.)
- Follow and communicate our company’s high brand standards, guidelines, and art direction provided by art directors, project management, or other departments.
- Discuss projects at various stages of completion and make changes as necessary to ensure designs meet company requirements and approval.
- Ensure a high level of quality, that those assets are of high resolution, that color is accurate, that file sizes meet requirements, etc.
- Organize, maintain, and archive digital production assets in preparation for weekly and promotional launches.
