Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to source and close real estate investment deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with behavioral health operators, investors, and M&A professionals.
- Identify new opportunities for property acquisitions, leasing, and development.
- Lead marketing and outreach efforts to drive brand visibility and deal flow.
- Negotiate and structure transactions in collaboration with leadership and investment teams.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, investment models, and deal structuring.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or capital raising within healthcare or real estate.
- Ability to network, negotiate, and manage relationships with C-level executives and investors
- 2 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or healthcare real estate development (behavioral health preferred).
