Essencial Duties And Responsabilities
- Helpdesk Support:
- Handle and resolve basic user support requests, troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues, and document and track incidents.
- System Setup and Configuration:
- Prepare new systems, image and configure laptops, desktops, and other hardware, and ensure systems are ready for deployment.
- On-site Support:
- Deploy and set up new systems at client sites, install and configure software and peripherals, provide basic user training and support, and install printers.
- Alert Monitoring:
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and notifications, triage and dispatch issues to appropriate teams, and provide backup support for on-site technicians
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, basic networking concepts, and common software applications.
- This position may require occasional travel to client sites.
- The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.
