Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and printing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Please note that this is not a medical receptionist position.
Education & Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field is PREFERRED
