What are the responsibilities and job description for the Party Chief FL On Site position at Vensure Employer Solutions?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete and confident in a wide variety of surveys including Residential Construction / Mortgage, ALTA, As-built, Boundary, Bathymetric / Hydrographic, Construction, Development, Environmental, Residential / Commercial, and Topographic Surveys.
- Maintain equipment including but not limited to : Robots / Total Stations, GPS / GNSS Surveying Gear, Field Surveying Supplies, Trucks, Tools, and other equipment as needed.
- Travel from job to job working as a team and / or independently and maintain communication with the main office.
- Must be able to perform computations in field with minimal support from office, i.e. Horizontal & Vertical locations, plan interpretation, slope percentages, etc.
- The ability to understand and interpret data.
