Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or enrolled agent status preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tax preparation.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
