Position Summary
Our company is looking for a talented Inventory Specialist to join our growing team. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all inventories within the electronic manufacturing facility. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing electronic components, ensuring proper stock levels, conducting cycle counts and physical inventories, and maintaining accurate inventory records in the company's ERP system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Essencial Duties and Responsabilities
- Receiving and Inspection :
Receive incoming shipments of electronic components, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and specifications.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system, including stock levels, locations, and movements.
Pick and pack orders for production, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the production line.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
