- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Detect and report any defects or concerns to the department supervisor.
- Record and monitor machine operations.
- Operate machinery to process metal or plastic materials.
Essential Requirements
- Ability to read and write English.
- Strength and endurance for lifting (25 to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
- Able to stand/sit and perform repetitive tasks for the entire shift.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to use a tape measure.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Basic math skills.
- Good vision and fine motor skills.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
