This person will be working directly with the Vice President of the company to follow up on Accounts/Customers. This person will be required to show professional proficiency in the following areas:
This person will be working directly with the Vice President of the company to follow up on Accounts/Customers. This person will be required to show professional proficiency in the following areas:
- Communication skills required.
- Comfortable speaking professionally to customers on the phone and on video conferences.
- Proficient in writing documents.
- Adaptable to changes and directives.
- Must have clear and logical thinking process.
- Capable of prioritization of duties and Multitasking workloads.
- Interface with the Manufacturing, Research and Development and Quality control to prepare report and communicate the progress on account status to the Vice President and to the customers.
- This person must be detailed and have excellent follow up skills.
- Must be a highly motivated individual and Strong Ethic.
- A professional level of MS systems, outlook, excel, power point. Report writing.
- Preparing quotes.
- Report on account status.
- Follow up on outstanding AR for said accounts.
- Able to prepare and make UP’s, Fed-Ex, DHL and USPS shipments.
- Cut and prepare samples.
- Part Time Monday to Friday 10am -3 pm.
