What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Manager position at Venteon?
POSITION TYPE: Direct Hire/Full time/Benefits.
Hybrid work schedule after 4-6 months of training.
Reason for opening: Previous person was promoted.
PAY: $80,000-$95,000 annually.
This position is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan and will likely relocate to Troy, Michigan in the summer of 2025.
This role encompasses 2 areas within the Credit Union and the Member Contact Center Manager overseas and leads both areas:
- Member Contact Center (Call Center) (8 Direct Reports.)
- E- Services Team (which includes and supports) (4 Direct Reports)
- -ITM’s (Interactive Teller Machine – It combines the functionality of an ATM machine with the ability to speak with a live teller)
Ideal background would be a person either coming from the Financial Institution industry (Bank or Credit Union) or a Sales Organization (required)
- They are looking for someone who can lead/coach and rune the Member Contact Center and it will be working with other team members within the Credit Union on the operations side.
- High school degree or GED equivalent.
- A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required.
- In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.
- Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, or by using electronic and virtual forms of communication.
- Ability to supervise, monitor and evaluate the work of others.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
