Job Summary
Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to optimize, troubleshoot, and enhance Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management modules. The role involves configuring systems, resolving user issues, documenting functional requirements, managing third-party integrations, and supporting ERP-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, inventory, and workflows.
- Draft functional specifications, oversee testing, and coordinate approvals for software modifications.
- Work with external development partners and internal teams on system enhancements.
- Prioritize system improvements with business stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain third-party integrations (e.g., Dooap, Vertex, Experlogix CPQ, Versapay, Pacejet).
- Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Azure Synapse) for reporting and analytics.
- Manage user access, licensing, and training materials for ERP system use.
- Configure hardware devices for warehouse operations.
- Support automated testing (RSAT) and document results for platform upgrades.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and Sales (Customer Engagement).
- At least one full lifecycle implementation of D365 F&O or Sales CE.
- Strong SQL, Power BI, and Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
- Experience integrating third-party applications and managing ERP systems.
- Familiarity with RSAT, Microsoft Office 365, and Azure.
- Knowledge of finance, supply chain, or production control is a plus.
