Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to fill an opening with a well-established manufacturing company that is based in the greater, Little Rock, Arkansas region.
Requirements of the Senior Financial Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 4 years with a defense manufacturing or general manufacturing company
- CPA/CMA license is a plus
- Working knowledge of cost accounting
- Prior experience with ERP systems
- Experience in Operational Finance, Manufacturing Finance or FP&A role
- Percentage of completion accounting
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and trends.
- Support Operations leadership providing performance analysis and insights/recommendations to reduce manufacturing cost structure leading to greater profitability.
- Assist in the development of KPI dashboards to measure operational performance.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities for manufacturing operations.
- Ability to support divisional reporting as well as implementing Cost Accounting Standards
- Manufacturing Rate and Cost Accounting support
- Support the Plant Controller as well as interaction and support of the Plant's operational leadership
