Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic professional to support leadership in driving strategic supply chain initiatives, with an emphasis on integrating core principles of planning, scheduling, and purchasing into the organization’s operational framework.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement advanced inventory management strategies, optimizing stock levels through real-time monitoring and forecasting tools.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including carrier selection, contract negotiations, and the management of shipping schedules to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Strategically source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate complex contracts, and uphold rigorous quality assurance standards.
• Lead the creation and execution of forward-looking supply chain plans that align with organizational objectives, incorporating demand forecasting and capacity planning.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers to drive reliability, innovation, and quality improvements across the supply chain.
• Ensure strict compliance with evolving regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Analyze and evaluate key performance metrics to continuously improve supply chain efficiency and provide actionable insights to leadership.

What you have done:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP and other ERP systems, with the ability to leverage these tools for enhanced decision-making.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to excel in high-pressure environments and manage competing priorities with agility and precision.
