Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager who can quickly make an impact by implementing operational improvements and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including daily activities, equipment and facility maintenance, to implement top-tier material management practices.
• Manage and provide leadership to customer service, logistics analysts, and material handling teams, focusing on inventory management, EDI, WMS, and supply chain operations.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily workloads to maintain high accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices for shipping, receiving, and inventory control using warehouse management systems.
• Maintain and manage warehouse equipment, supplies, and facilities, overseeing repair and maintenance efforts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operational performance.
• Analyze data, KPIs, and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies for achieving best-in-class performance

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and management experience in warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Strong expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational processes.
• Proficient in using web-based tools, Microsoft Office, and other software.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and process optimization.
• Detail-oriented professional with a passion for efficiency and performance improvement.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
